California Document Preparers Rolls Out New Website Homepage!

California Document Preparers is pleased to announce the rollout of their new website homepage. Users will notice an immediate change when they land on the homepage.

“Our new interface is cleaner, making the site much easier to navigate. We’ve eliminated some of the distraction, so that our primary California Document Preparers Oakland Officelegal document services—Divorce, Living Trusts, Business, Deeds and Probate are easy to identify. The most important change is that our site is now accessible on all mobile devices.” said Bill Schaaf, owner, Walnut Creek office.

The company invested in market research to better understand usage patterns and client needs.

“Customer service is a high priority for all of our offices. Many of our clients come to us after frustrating experiences with other document preparation services or DIY efforts, and more than 60% of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers. One of the key findings was that it’s our people that clients value most. We truly invest in our clients’ needs, finding solutions to sometimes challenging legal problems,” added Ian Duncan, owner, Oakland office.

Market research: the findings

California Document Preparers Walnut Creek officeAs a result of the research, each member of the CDP team is featured in a dynamic scrolling photo component along the bottom of the website. Aligned with each person is a client testimonial.

It was important to get key information above the fold, including customer login, buttons to make an appointment and get each access to contact information for each of the company’s three Bay Area offices.

“We’ve also raised the visibility of our weekly blogs, which have become an important resource about the company’s wide range of legal document services. Many of our blogs are case studies that provide examples of how the California Document Preparers team works with clients—or how the legal process works. We also use our blogs to follow timely events that affect our industry,” said Duncan.

The homepage interface is just one of many changes that you will be seeing to the company’s website. In the next few months, look for:

  • Case studies from each California Document Preparers team member
  • Revised content that better describes the company’s services.
