Our team cannot give legal advice, but we will be glad to assist you with preparing these documents at your direction. We are not attorneys. We can only provide self-help services at your specific direction.

A Living Trust is the legal document that outlines the way in which your assets will pass on to your loved ones when you die. When you prepare your Living Trust, you will identify your beneficiaries as well as the person who will carry out your wishes, your successor trustee.

Most of our services begin with a video or telephone meeting to review the process, timing, and costs.
Getting the Details
During the meeting, you’ll provide us with your info by completing our Workbook. We will also collect payment for our fees.
Document Prep
Once we have your details and info, we work on your matter and prepare the legal documents with great care.
Sign Your Docs
We facilitate signing. When notary is required, complimentary notary is always available in our office.
Filing/Recording
With everything prepared, reviewed, and signed, we file your documents with the court or other government offices as needed.
