California Document Preparers has 3 Convenient Bay Area Offices

We’ve gotten a few calls from clients in our Oakland office wanting to know if we’ve moved

And the answer is no, we’re still in the same location–244 Grand Avenue–the same address we’ve had since we opened our door in 2006. It’s been eight years since we opened this third California Document Preparers office; we love our busy corner location in the Grand Lake neighborhood, and we think we’ve become an important part of our community.

We understand the confusion: Walnut Creek and Dublin offices have recently moved

Our Dublin office recently moved to its new location, 7000 Village Parkway, Suite A, Dublin, 94568. The new location, conveniently located near a Dublin shopping hub with easy access to the freeway, provides expanded space with convenient parking to better serve our clients.

Our Walnut Creek office also expanded to a new facility. Owners Bill and Mary Schaaf had been in the same location since 2003. “Our business and staff had expanded, and we had outgrown our one-room space, so when the building next door became available, we jumped at the chance to move in. The new space provides separate meeting areas so we can now provide more privacy to talk about what are often very personal matters with our clients.” The Walnut Creek office is right next door to the old office, 2067 Mt. Diablo Boulevard, Walnut Creek, 94596, and still provides plenty of great parking.
